Registration
Registration is CLOSED. Deadline was July 29th, 2011. Registrations after this date and “walk ins” will not be turned away, but cannot be processed online, must be paid by a check, money order or cash (brought to the conference) and may not be guaranteed all amenities. Bottom line, please register before the deadline so we can plan accordingly.
Instructions (please read carefully): Click on the links (in blue) below to help you register to attend the conference, exhibit and/or register for pre-conference activities. You will be taken to the EPCAMR store to add registration items from this page. Once you have selected an item you may return to this page to add additional items to your online shopping cart. Tip: Please do not use your browsers “Back” button in the store, as it can delete the order you are building. Once you are done, go through the checkout to view your items and finish the registration process. You may stop there to pay by check / money order and send in your registration or use our online payment gateway to pay with paypal, credit or debit card. Conference Registration (Friday, August 5th and Saturday, August 6th)
Regular Registration – $80.00
Non-profit Registration – $40.00 (must meet requirements)
Pre-Conference Activities (Thursday, August 4th, 2011)
AMR Tour – $10.00
EPCAMR 15th Anniversary Dinner / Fundraiser – (see store for pricing)
Exhibitor (Friday, August 5th and Saturday, August 6th)
Jumbo – $400.00 (54 sq. ft. area)
Large – $300.00 (36 sq. ft. area)
Standard – $200.00 (18 sq. ft area)
Non-Profit – FREE standard space for Non-Profits, Watershed Associations, & the Conference Planning Committee (as space permits). Please e-mail Michael Hewitt at hardcoal@epcamr.org to save a table for your non-profit.
Lodging
We are not handling lodging this year. However, discounted block room rates are available at the Best Western Genetti Inn & Suites, Hazleton, PA for $70 plus taxes until June 30, 2011. Check in is at 3PM, checkout is at 11AM.
Scholarships
Travel scholarships, to be reimbursed for hotel stay only (at above stated rates), may be offered in whole or part to members of non-profit and community / watershed organizations. The AMR Conference Committee reserves the right to award scholarships on demonstrated need, distance and availability of funding. Please be aware that financial assistance will only be granted as a reimbursement basis up to 30 days after the conference. In certain instances, discounted registration prices will be provided to groups that can show need, to be determined by the AMR Conference Planning Committee.
